5.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the winmry Platform are transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. winmry does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. 5.5 Player account balances are held in segregated accounts separate from the Company's operational funds. This ensures that player funds remain available for withdrawal independent of the Company's financial position.
6.1 All bets placed on the winmry Platform are final once confirmed. winmry will not reverse or modify a confirmed bet except in cases of manifest error, system malfunction, or where winmry determines in its sole discretion that exceptional circumstances exist.
6.2 Manifest Error. winmry reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds or under obviously erroneous market conditions ("manifest error"). If a bet is voided due to manifest error, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account. Players who knowingly exploit manifest errors will have their accounts suspended.
6.3 In-play (live) bets are subject to slight delays in the acceptance of wagers due to the real-time nature of the markets. Bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation, not at the moment of submission.
